These terms and conditions relate to the use of Brainwave Coaching Services for 1-1 coaching.
- Clients and coach will sign the coaching agreement, one copy to keep for their records and 1 copy for my records.
- Coaching clients will be responsible for making the call to their coach at the scheduled time agreed and no allowances or refunds will be made for calls starting late or missed calls.
- The duration of the calls/session will be agreed with the client prior to the commencement.
- If the client is unable to attend the call at the scheduled time and date they must give 48 hours notice and the call must be re-arranged within 7 working days.
- If I need to rearrange a coaching session I will give the client 48 hours notice where practical
Coaching fees
- All Coaching fees are payable in advance of the start of a program or session. Where payment has not been received I am not obliged to provide the session.
- Fees will be paid by electronic bank transfer and a receipt sent by email to the client on receipt.
- Refunds for missed sessions are not permitted. Refunds for unused coaching sessions will be considered in exceptional circumstances; the client must apply for this in writing.
Confidentiality
Personal information or business information supplied by clients in coaching sessions will be treated as confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior permission, unless required by law.
Complaints
Complaints must be made in writing to the coach, written response will be provide within 7 working days to the client.
